Will you vote for Obama again for a second term?
Are you happy with his term already served?

I dont think all of the problems they 'claim' are his fault are actually his doing... I mean, if you think about it, he came in with a BIG, LARGE, HHUUUUUGGGEEEE deficit already to the economy, and proof it was going to continue to decline... So it should have been more expected than everyone is making that out to be...
Also, it would depend on who he is running against...

It think thats the biggest point of all. Honestly, he did come into a hugely negative situation, and I'm not sure anyone could have done much better. It's not like one man can reverse the fate of an entire nation by himself when the president doesn't even have that much power to begin with. There are two many checks and balances in the system and if folks aren't trying to cooperate, nothing gets done and we just continue to deteriorate. We were trillions of dollars in debt with the Bush administration and we voted him back in even though we knew it would be more of the same, and from there you expect a complete turnaround? Hardly. Steps are being made, but history shows it'll get worse before it gets better. We were on top far too long and rested on our laurels instead of finding ways to get better. Check Rome, Britain/England, Germany, pretty much any of the dominant Euro powers and you'll see they ruled, expanded, ruled, expanded, and got their hands messy to stay in power, but even then ish happens and they get beat down so another country can flourish. We handled after WW 1 and 2 because our country was the only one that wasn't bombed half way to hell, then in the aftermath we were the only ones able to take care of ourselves so other nations leaned on it. We thrived with exports and they got what they needed. But as time passes, nations become self sufficient and we no longer hold the same role in the food chain. We have to start borrowing because we don't push out like we used to because other nations can handle themselves. Deficits rise, corporations move their operations overseas, and corruption flushes funds down the drain. Occupational wars cripple the economy (unlike WW1 and 2...Vietnam and the war on terror are occupational wars, we don't take over, we just sit and allow them to work out their issues while we funnel billions and billions to support the cause rather than focusing on matters at home). This cycle isn't something that one man can break, let alone one man who doesn't really have the support of the other branches, media pundits, and certain "billionaire" toupee wearing heirs to hand me down money.
None the less, I vote for whoever comes with the facts, is the most knowledgeable and isn't afraid to take some chances. Even though that still doesn't guarantee change.

I agree with JJ completely and argued that before.
For young guys, which is the majority of this forum, there is always some work to do.
And the whole economy is fucked.
I'm not saying, it's not rough as hell. I've been beaten up to hell financially this year. I don't blame it on Obama either.

the fact that im not a voter simply means no but its not cuz i dislike the guy or nothing. If i voted yea I'd probably give him another chance seeing as how these first four years were really destined to fail despite who was elected president. All in all he did what he could now with that said i gotta say i honestly dont believe he's all thjat different from Bush. yea go ahead call me a conspiracy nut but really if you think anyone gets elected president without the previous ones blessing you are probably crazier than me. GW stole his presidency and handed it off to Obama like a baton. Now i know a lot of yall like him cus he seems like a regular guy but he came from the same factory all these politicians come from. so yeah i dont know if that drunk lil ramble made sense to anyone but

I don't know if that's all true. But there is surely some evidence in the policies. I think there is a certain idea of how Washington is suppose to be run, it doesn't matter if it's a democrat or republican. And what that standard is, money. Money determines everything.
