in audio around the world you are corrrect in text a bar is equivelent to two bars or two lines because there is no beat so you create cadence with the use of two lines i was trippin as well when i learned of these text battles but do you im just sayin

1 bar = 2 lines in writing. Even lyrics to audio tracks.
1 bar = 1 line only in the auditory facet.
Such as is exemplified by the classic 16 bar verse which equals 16 lines.

This argument is old.... On this website a text bar is 2 lines... The end. That's just the way it is, if that's too hard, don't text...
