I will admit, I HAVE put stuff in the shoutbox, but as Panda as my witness, each time I do that I state for NO ONE to feed or reply about the bar, OR I WOULDNT USE THE BAR PERIOD.

I think, in that circumstance, its fine because NO ONE is giving feed or anything of that sort. When no one is feeding it, simply reading it and forming an opinion but keeping it to themselves, then its NOT affecting the bar/verse.

However, IF YOU ARE GETTING FEED ON BARS, THEN CHANGING THAT BAR/LINE BASED ON FEED FROM SOMEONE, AND USING IT IN A BATTLE VERSE, I will ban you.

lol ive done that a few occasions for opinions, whether its good or not, most of the time even if i was told it was weak i left it as is, it's nice to know what others might think when it's dropped before it happens, i don't necessarily think that's wrong, unless you're asking for help, i've had several people from the site come to me as well doing the same thing, all in all i think people will probably still do it, as for me it is what it is and i no longer care much for battling so i have little to reason to get opinions

never the less, i'm sure everyone's done it before, asking another person "what do you think of this", even the "elite" battlers or rappers have done that sometime in their life from uncertainty

i personally dont do it..even when i did text..but yeah , i seen guys shoutin in da box about it...and i can see how this might be considered cheating..cuz its almost like collabin... you throw an idea and the other collaborators agree or disagree on the potency of certain lines......
i dont believe its fair...especially if the guy they send the verse to is a way better battler from da same site....

but like Evo said it is what it is...i'm sure that people will find a way to do it eventually...if not with illest members, theyll probably just find someone else....

how do you expect people to elevate, i mean.. if you look at the votes theres nothing really in them (that often) saying how people could do a concept better, or write better in general.
its not cheating to ask for advice or help.. its elevating. on the other hand, it is cheating if you ask some one to re-word or re-write your bars for you.
i think your going a bit far sayin you'll ban people. and to fuck with some ones account, in all honesty.. is a bitch move, you should have your powers and position taken away for it.. because thats abusing your powers. you should never touch any ones account, unless asked by the person.. or like your tournament, its a said it'll happen if some one no shows.

i thinks it a good idea tbh, if people are going to elevate then surely they will take more time to write, try and think things out, then post. after the battle if they want to know what there doing wrong they could ask someone what they need to focus on. instead of someone going change this that and the other because they wont be able to stand on there own two feet when having a battle with no one to help them write.
