a 9 year old kid who was exposed to Hip Hop
he threw out his vans, his etnies and all his flip flops
a quiet kid sittin it class, who'd just think a lot
wonderin' why he had a mother, but would nee see his pops
yeah, it happened a lot and ate him up like Pac Man
but now he's much older and ain't afraid to take a stand
at what he believes in, to him its no longer a fantasy
he's sippin hennessy and smokin tree, because thats how it has to be
just to have fun wit homies, like where the hell's the alcohol
otherwise he feels lonely, so he drinks till he fuckin falls
he said, "naw, i will never stall till i get a call from my girl though.
cause god damn, them fuckin walls have got me like fuck yall
i dont need yall, so i just may even move to Arizona
take a trip today n fly away, wetted up in red... Cardinal
cause this year livin in Green Bay, I hadly ever fuckin balled."
but he knows this is where he'll remain, hittin 3's like he did a year ago.

Kind of depressing, content wise. Flow was pretty decent. This seems more like a poem than a rap: especially near the end where the rhyming falls off. I think there was one type, too. I read "hadly" as "hardly." Overall, not bad. y the way, is this something personal? About yourself or someone you know?
