Selling Houses & Property & Selling Cars, either way is a good turnaround with a little amount of work

Now you may think, fuck how can i do either of them? I'm not that well off as it is, i can't afford to be buying houses and cars, it's simple start off small if you got a decent amount of credit (easiest way to get credit is by having a cell phone that bills you monthly or take out a loan and paying it off on time), and just buy the cheapest and best values you can find and invest a little to fix them up and the value will double if done right

If you're looking to build your credit semi fast, just take a loan out for something low priced sell it and put that money back into the bank and pay it off every month on time

Once you hustle enough to be buying shit without loans it gets even easier, cause with the extra money you got you can afford to pay people to do the dirty work for you and still make a big profit

Easiest way i've found legally to make money, only skills you really need are bargaining, some math, and common sense.

me and one of my homeboys are going to start to buy and flip houses. We both need to get our money right first. Were planin on buying a house for around 50k and putting about 10k in, and tryin to sell for 75+. I know a little about it, but he went to school for real estate, so that'll help.

Look around for auctions and shit, people get their houses foreclosed on them all the time, and most of the time all you gotta pay for them is what they owed, most of them don't even need that much money put into them.

Same way for cars, but pushing whips has alot more variables, if you got a connection to a mechanic it works alot better cause you can build a relationship with him and bring him in future business so both of you are happy.

People will always need shelter and transportation so you can't really go wrong with either.

Yah. Its a great way to make money.
Using a credit card for purchases you are going to make anyway.
Helps build credit too, if you can't get a credit card.
Get a relative to co-sign. You'll build up enough credit
and be able to get your own.

i used to sell pokemon cards , and i had alot of those. ah the fun hustling days , now you dont need that much money anyways when you know how to do things cheap.
