Republicans Or Democrats

Who will win the House,Senate?
My hearts says Democrats. My brain says Republicans.
If democrats do lose. You know republicans are going
to be in for a long time without any competition.
I also predict if Republicans win, we will hear a lot
less about Hilary Clinton actually winning the election.
Which in my opinion is the least likely scenario that
could possibly happen in the white house.

Same Here. Would be nice to see a balance of power.
They wont able to get the troops out of Iraq though
until we get a new president.

we cant take the troops out till we win. But at this point, i dont see how we are going to accomplish that.
as far as dems or repub., I think republican will probably hold the senate, and could possibly hold the house to. If the republicans keep majority in both house, the democrats can thank john kerry for losing yet another election for them. He reminded all true conservatives, who are not happy with the republicans and might not have even bothered to vote, what type of people the democratic leadership is. he provided an unexpected october surprise for the republicans.

whatever happens, you can put money on the fact which ever party loses [especially the democrats] will be up in arms about 'stolen votes' and 'disenfranchised voters.' Especially with this new electronic voting, which no one wanted and costed us billions of dollars.

Exactly. I agree with everything you say. Sad part is they might have an argument with how insecure these machines are from what I've heard. Thats one of the biggest things I'm dreading from this election; the Aftermath. With everyone crying for a month. The only person in the media even covering this is Lou Dobbs from Cnn.
I also have the same exact sentiments about winning the war in Iraq. We obviously can't just leave the country in turmoil. Yet at the same time, we have made no progress. Nobody is coming up with new strategies to win the war. They need one immediately. People say its a no-win situation. Well, I don't completely agree. If we get control of Iraq . We are sending a message to the whole world. That we are going to win our battles against the enemy. I'm not saying that I condone us invading Iraq to bring democracy to them. But none the less, we need to do our best to finish the job. Or we are showing weakness. And of course, if everyone thinks its a breeding ground for terrorists now, imagine if we deployed all our troops? So I guess I'm like every democrat and republican that is running for office. I don't have the answers.
Don't rest in peace Sadam Hussein. Who was sentenced to death by hanging yesterday.

The republicans strategy is continue with the same fail strategy in order to save face, and the democrats stratgey is 'bush is wrong'
niether of which will help us. And dont be mistakin, we didnt invade iraq to bring democracy. Thats a plus and all, but we did it to make an example [and bad one as it turns out] After 9/11, we couldnt keep letting sadam say 'FUCK YOU AND THE UN' [basically] by his refusely to let weapons inspectors in. For over 10 years he flipped off the world. And we kept saying, 'quit it or we will attack you.' Would you let a bully punch you in the face everyday for 10 years, and just say 'tommorow if you dont stop...', so we finally punched him back. It had to be done in my opinion, but it turns out we were wrong about WMD. Thats no longer the issue, the fact is we are there, so how do we get out.
despite how much i am pissed off at the republicans, i trust them more with our safety.

Yes an example. What the fuck man. You have the same exact common sense views as me. Yah. That was more important then democracy. "We are sending a message to the whole world". I just mentioned the democracy thing because it went with my paragraph.
I can't really add on to that. Thats all true.
No Debate.
Anyone else have any views. Or lets continue this topic in 8ths thread.

republicat democran one party system
you've gotta realize everything thats on the media is put their for other intentions rather than information.
we were allies with iraq when saddam did what he went to trial for
we're pissed at north korea for having a nuclear program that we helped them start in the 70's
yeah saddam got the death penalty, and the trial ended conveiniently close to election time, it'll get appealed at least 3 times and each of those decisions will be delayed until another crucial point until bush is out of office then the next puppet with have to deal with the matter. kinda odd he got the death penalty coincidentally close to an alection the republicans feared losing cause their pedophile ways got exposed recently
our safety has never really been at much risk, if you think about it logically, terrorist attacks have killed what? less than 5,000 people in the past 10 years?, you've statistically got a better chance getting hit by lighting twice, seeing the easter bunny and bigfoot doing the lean with it rock with it dance, and seeing jesus riding through town in a hells angels motorcycle jacket than you do having a terrorist fly a plane into your house.
biggest problem in politics right now is not learning from our past mistakes, only a fool thinks his way of living and ideas are perfect, a wise man knows theirs always room for improvement and builds upon his mistakes.

we were allies with saddam, and we did help n korea with there nuclear program. That doesnt mean that that was the right thing to do, but in our minds, they were the right thing to do at that time. your right about the demicans and republicrats though. very slight differences.
our safety has never really been at much risk, if you think about it logically, terrorist attacks have killed what? less than 5,000 people in the past 10 years?
thats wildly incorrect. In the US,
only several thousands have been killed by terrorists. Thats in the US, they have killed more than 5,000 Americans worldwide, many more. All around the world people are blown up, shot down, and throats slit everyday by these 7th century throwbacks. We are in danger. It is the islamofacists stated goal to create a one world islamic world and kill or convert 'the infidel'. Just because we do not see daily attacks, doesnt mean they are not trying, or they would not like to.

They mention on the media all you said. Lol.
Talking about Us. You need to also look into the future.
You don't want someone who isn't worried about security, or cares more about education persay and will spend all their time doing that. When North Korea is launching Nuclear Weapons at us.

Anyone who relies on media for all their information are misinformed to a degree. That is a good point
I also don't care about Republican of Democrat. Anyone with intelligence.

more people are killed every year by hurricanes than by terrorists, but we see whats the high priority don't we
its all about oil, the only war that started cause of terrorists was the afghanistan one and that was cause of the supposed attack on the world trade towers but for some reason over half the "terrorists" that supposedly did it, were found living in other countries lmao
it'd be different if the terrorists were near us but they can't reach us, we've gotta go across the world to deal with them
oh yeah, have fun with your dictatorship, new law is suppose to be going in effect that you need to receive clearence to leave or enter the US even if you're a citizen, so if you're a minority don't expect to have an easy time coming back if you leave the country
