Using Hemo Rage Black Ultra Concentrate.
First day:
First impression: Very nice!
Dosage: 1 scoop
Taste/Mixability:
Terrific. I got the Malicious Melon and it tastes like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher. Mixes very, very easily, no clumping, no left over shit on the sides:
Workout:
DB Hmmaercurls: 40lbs x 10 x 1. 50lbs x 10 x 1. 60lbs x 6 x 1.
Tricep Pressdown: 250lbs x 10 x 1. 270lbs x 8 x 2
Dips: 10 x 3
Incline Chest Press: 2 plates each side x 10 x 1. 2 plates + 25 x 8 x 1. 3 plates x 4 x 1
Low Row: 160lbs x 10 x 1. 180lbs x 10 x 1. 200lbs x 8 x 1.
DB Shrugs: 80lbs x 10 x 1. 90lbs x 10 x 1. 100lbs x 8 x 1.
Forearms: I do 3 forearm workouts in 1 set, once I get the correct names I'll post them. Did the set 3 times.
Energy:
Really good energy. Never felt down, but also never felt jittery. It's a really smooth energy that courses through your body.
Focus:
Best supp I've taken for it so far. I just kept feeling as if I could go heavier and did so on every set.
Pumps/Vascularity:
Really good. If anyone knows my history of 140lb weight loss, you know I have a lot of loose skin and it's hard sometimes to really see a good pump or vascularity, but my triceps were bulging as were my traps/shoulders.
In Summary:
This was only my first workout, I'm not going to start milking the cow just yet, but this was a really, really good first impression with this.
Post-Workout:
2 scoops Myofusion 50g's of protein mixed with 20ozs of 1% milk
Heaping bowl of beef stew and potatoes
