Is anyone else going to be added to the three that have been given the award? I didnt know if it had become a yearly deal know or if there was some kind of vote or what, but I can think of several names I would throw in the mix to be voted on to be granted this award... I was just going thru stuff and wondered what the process with this included...

But it seems like no one has been given this award in quite some time, and like I said, I could at least name five people that should have already gotten it, well... IMO anyway.

Surely should get on that.

Nah I wont do it cuz I would be considered 'bias' since I think we had the collab of the month and I was battler of the month, due to record of course... Either that or Kau got it IMO but like I said, peeps would still say its biased.

Fuck it... Plex heres my list of considerations. If anyone else thinks they have another one or would like to second one of mine, then please do so.

Im not sure if he has or not. I dont remember exactly. If not then he should def be mentioned as well. I would consider Qwarterz a nomination too. I think this is something that should be voted on personally...

And why are we whining about lifetime achievement awards? It just sounds retarded. I mean half the people on the site aren't even old enough to drink and the majority of the users have been members for less than two years. Seem a little dumb to you? It should. That'd be like inducting a rookie into the NFL hall of fame. Lets bring this idea back up in like, I don't know, 20 years?

Dude, its not about something that happened twenty years ago, nor is it nearly whining about it.

This is about continuing activity on the site, and having new members see that sticking with the program and improving or displaying your talent can AT LEAST be remembered on this site. To some people, it could be a goal of sorts. Maybe in the grand picture of life, it doesnt mean much, but hell its something for being active on the site and working toward bettering yourself as a writer.


But, maybe you're absolutely right. Maybe all the topics and shit should just die off. Why even fuck with it. Half the forums should be just die away slowly like they are if thats the case, since no one has been posting in them.
