i like it but it can also backfire. some kats will feel forced to have to vote so they will do a rush vote and not really take the time to actually break shit down.
but i do agree its a good idea, ive seen it on other sites before.

i'll add the link rule back again to the official rules, i remember this didn't do so well last time and people were not voting and linking..hopefully it smooths out the system, only battles after this date will have to go by the link rule,
note- if you have a battle that was already going on before this date just leave it as is
