Haz's verse ain't half bad, at first I really wasn't feelin' it, but it did have it's moments. His attempts at personal punches just didn't strike very hard though, and his rhyme scheme felt forced, where some words really just felt like they were inserted after a couple read throughs. Rugged's verse on the other hand was well done. The personal jabs were personal and had some punch behind them. There were some punches in there by that I didn't like, and this was far from the best I've read from him, but it was definitely enough to do the trick here.

This was a pretty close battle for me. Rugged came with a lot more mean personals while ambition brought some serious wordplay and nameplay. I think the wordplay helped Amb's punches hit harder, though; and a slightly better flow got him this battle.

i would vote.. if i thought you won haz, but since i was leanin more towards rugged's verse it would seem bias, especially from the beef history between us and the fact that im teamed up with rugged in the tournament and pretty koo with him otherwise too..it just wouldn't look right lol

all in all... RE had some ups and downs... but managed to put together a pretty decent verse once read through out it.

Heres what I think... Haz came really nice with it, but his wording was off in some spots and that took away from a couple bars for me. RE was just more consistant overall with the direct approach in his punches. It was close tho, and depending on the voter, I could see this going either way, but IMO, its going to RE.

As this is text and not audio, it goes to Rugged. I would challenge Rugged to EVER deliver that verse out loud and have it make sense to anyone but himself, so in that sense Hazard demonstrated superior skill; however, Rugged did a lot of research and made some really clever lines to end the battle in my opinion.
