Alright, Ive never really believed in net crews, unless of course they are doing something with themselves. This isn't about a net crew, but more about a crew of ppl focused on improvement. I would like to know if anyone is interested in being down with a group (FIVE members max) of people that do collabs with each other, help feed, and push each other to the best of their abilities. I would want at least one collab a month, including every member of the group, and I would expect every member to post a new piece at least every two weeks. I think this is beneficial in many ways. One- it could help motivate you to actually write more. Two- the collaboration aspect seems to help people understand different styles and ways of thinking, which in turn helps each individual to be more opened minded with their own styles and writing. Three- this could help the board with activity, and we all know that can always be used. Four- the pieces that are being slept on and aren't getting any feed, or a bunch of one liners saying this bar was cool nice drop, wouldnt suffer like they have been in recent weeks, and the newer cats could also learn and elevate just by being a little dedicated.
I'm not saying I want a group of dudes that are going to dickride each other and all that bullshit. If you wanna dickride someone, go to Lets Beef like you should have a long time ago.
I want a group of guys that want to be better artists, want to help the site, want to assist the forums with feedback... I want a group of people that are willing to learn as well as teach, and dont mind telling another person in the group if they thought a piece needed something...
Maybe this is a completely pointless thread. Maybe no one is interested in anything like this at all. But I think its a good idea and can bring alot of benefits to everyone involved.

sounds like a good idea, reminds me a little of myself back in the day from that motivational aspect, personally i would join except i can't necessarily say i would like to post a piece every 2 weeks, collaborating once a month sounds cool though, i recommend this to anyone wanting to improve and contribute

Thats A Good Way To View A Crew Situation.... Tho The DR Thing Will With Out A Doubt Be Brought Up On Any Votes, The Purpose Of Elevating And Feed Is A Good motivational Tool.

I'm down with this Murk, half the reason I went about finding a site like Illest was to find some people to collab with and try to expand my creative horizons... And I'm all about giving feedback, as it helps me get new ideas and I can hopefully give some new ideas to some other cats...

Word. I kinda liked The Collective. Diatribe is definitely something different, which makes me like that one too. I think the Unaquainted part of that wouldnt relly fit after the crew was together for a little while, but its a tight concept. Thanks for replying.
