-Deadline Rules-

For every day you're late after deadline, a vote is automatically added against you.
Once it's 3-0 In other words 3 Days late, then you're disqualified.

(These rules apply unless said otherwise in a battle)

Determines Winner!! Simple as that!

Don't follow the rules and your vote will be completely discarded.

All battles as of 5/15/08 can not be reevaluated for anything besides hate votes and dickride votes.

That will continue to be the idea.

Anything else you don't have to include,
however they will not be takin into effect.

-Voting-

In order to vote in a battle, you MUST have atleast battled once,
and or dropped a written in the Scriptures section of the forum.
This is only to prevent invalid votes.

-Call Outs-

If your OPEN callout has not been accepted do not repost another OPEN callout.
Once it's accepted you may create another OPEN call out.
Multiple call outs are only permitted if they're to different emcee's.
NO callout to the same emcee consistently or simultaneously is necessary.

i'm also gonna enforce some newer rules

1. If voting for your battle stays open longer than 2 weeks it'll be closed with the winner being whos up in votes, if its a tie it'll be left open the next person to vote will decide the winner

2. If your oppenent doesn't show up withing 2 weeks after your verse is posted they'll be automatically DQ'd no matter what excuse they give, they'll just have to call you out again

3. If you PM or IM more than 6 people to vote on your battle or persuade one single person to vote in your favor and they do and theirs photographic proof you'll be automatically DQ'd no matter what the circumstances

4. You may not post more than 10 times in your own battle thread, cause you're either a. trying to sway votes or b. upping your thread continueslly with no need for it being upped more than times if the first 10 times didn't work the 11th won't either

5. You may request a validity examination if you think a vote against you is either a - hating for no valid reason b - an attempt at payback for a disagreement online or offline, or c - an attempt at getting payback for you voting against them recently. your request for a validity check will be decided by the 3 admins that reply first on the issue, you don't get to choose who the 3 admins are, and if an admin is the one being accused 3 other admins will decide on the issue, if the validity examination feels that the vote is unfair it will be discarded and if the examination feels that the vote is fair it'll be kept and you cannont question it again if you request a validity examination more than 3 times in a month you will be DQ'd from your battle unless its seems crystal clear that the vote isn't valid(if you have dickriders that frequently vote against you list in the rules of the that they can't vote)

6. Posts in a battle leaving feed back before both verses are up will result with a warning the first 3 times and a week long suspension on the fourth offense

7. Once the second verse is posted both verses can only be altered/fixed for a period of one hour, if their is proof that you edited the verse after the one hour time frame you will be DQ'd

8. You may not change your sig or avatar while you have a battle open sounds odd at first but if you change your avatar or sig it'll have any effect on voting cause some of the personals no longer work cause of the change in avatar or sig if you do this and don't change it back before a reasonable amount of time you will be DQ'd

9. DQ's aren't automatic you must ask an admin to view the situation and if their is rules broken they will be DQ'd, also you cannot request a DQ after the battles been decided by votes, the only case were a DQ will be is automatic is its cause of a violation of the first two rules i posted, in all other cases of breaking the rules you have to request your opponent be DQ'd and give the violation they commited

10. If a users first post on the site is for you in a battle the vote will be discarded, cause more than likely its an unfair vote orchestrated by the user they voted for

11- -You may not vote unless you have over 100 posts and have dropped a written or battled before and have introduced yourself in the new users area..

12- -Posting anything other than a [vote OR a check-in OR your verse] in a battle thread will get you warned and if its repeated you will be banned.

13- -You are not allowed to UP your thread unless it is moved to the next page. If its on the first page they definetly see it.
