For the physically challenged among us. Name some real simple workouts that will help people get into shape.

well simple easy and free workouts can actually inhance fitness the best lol... runnin/joggin in any enviroment burns calories like crazy. runnin on softer surfaces is better for the knees n feet. hilly areas can 10x the work out. for muscle buildin push ups and sit ups can do anything any weight room can do. theres like 10 variations of each that you can do to touch on almost every muscle group in the upper body.

in the weight room, lighter weights and more reps will burn more calories and rip u out faster. indurance and dexterity will be improved the most in these work outs.

heavier weights and less reps will build more muscle and make u bigger but will not rip u out as much. strength and mass will be improved the most in these work outs.

using dumbell weights is actually better that usin bars and machines.

make sure you eat about 30 to 45 minutes before workin out to get the most outta urself.

u need to stretch before and after ur work out.

stay hydrated

runnin before and after ur work outs is great for a warm up and a cool down.

and if you ain sore after ur work out u didnt do it right..
