Mental Illness

I worked at a mental institution in Provo, Utah. I found it fascinating so I wrote this song. It is also recorded on my myspace if you would like to listen to it (http://www.myspace.com/weirdsense1). Here is the post that I commented on (http://www.illestlyrics.com/board/the-w ... 15510.html).
Let me know what you think...
Have you ever
found yourself bouncing with so much energy
then crashing to the ground and pronouncing you need a little sleep
Snap your back at it what a weird habit now your manic y
and ranting to some random store manager how you love your jeans
then Bam...now that you think of it seems you hate these seams
a second ago you were down to buy em now they seem obscene
Funny...it also tries to dwindle your relationships
one minute your really feeling there spirit...then you call it quits
You love em...you see it so clearly...but now your balling fists
Fuck em...they're jealous and greedy...but now you need a kiss
Ridiculous as it appears You can't be clear...your opinion it veers
Ruining all that is deer...and it all becomes clear
Something in there is disconnected
there's no room for these menial discrepancies to vex you
And really, it's almost like you bounce between borders
In my opinion...you just may have bi-polar disorder
Chorus
(WE ARE ALL CRA-ZY IN OUR HEADS BUT NO ONE KNOWS TO WHAT EX-TENT OUR ILLNESSES THEY MAYBE OBSOLETE OR THEY MAY RU-IN ALL YOUR DREAMS)
11...What a strange time to be getting visitors
and you don't recognize the woman crying in your aided ear
made it here...with assisted help from the nurses aid
whats her name
oh it doesn't matter its the one with braids
anyway...back to the woman never seen before
who currently is pulling out her photo book to show you more
and whats in store bout knocks your ass off your motor chair
It's a picture of the crying woman only with shorter hair
and next to her is you looking young and without a care
and next to you are teenagers identities unaware
what is this...some kind of
sick and twisted practical joke
It isn't funny looking for the words that need to be spoke
You want to question it but words are sitting stuck in your throat
She leaves upset and puts the picture in the front of your coat
You beg the braided woman to explain the situation
She tells you that's your daughter...Your an Alzheimer's patient
Chorus
The whispering compounds until the rumbling is deafening
Some of em make you violent and some others leave you giggling
Admittedly, you've been off your medication for a week
Ever since the voices told you taking them would make you bleed
internally..the words of these things leave you paranoid
You argue with the different chatter till you start to get annoyed
boy now the angers really taking a hold
you wish some of em would shut their mouths and leave you alone
If you counted all the different people talking there'd be ten of ya
Damn it's kind of hard living life with Schizophrenia
Chorus
