Whats exactly is the security 2010 thing called? I've seen something like that before. Similar prob happened with this computer.

Most likely if it's something that has disabled your capabilities of accessing a system restore, it's too late and the virus has taken over. Comp needs to be swept clean. If it continues after a complete sweep, then you need a new drive becuz the virus fried it. I had something real similiar to that on my old comp once...def no good.
