Fast food is incorrect. You can eat fast food, just don't over-indulge.

Instead of a large, get a medium. Don't eat the bun, more carbs than you need.

White foods: White breads, pastas, rice. These are slow digesting carbohydrates that turn to fat. Switch to whole grain rice, breads, and pastas.

Your protein intake should be 1g of protein per 1lb of bodyweight. If you weigh 185lbs, you should be intaking 185gs of protein a day. Mainly from food, but a couple shakes a day doesn't hurt.

im Not 100% Sure About Carb intake. i Always Try To Eat a Lot Of Carbs And Protein in The 1st Hour After Working Out Along With a Protein Shake. i Know The Protein's More important And i Know How Much i Need, But How Many Carbs Are Too Much ? And What's The Best Times Of Day For Them ?

Maybe eating fast food is fine for a beast like yourself. You could probably get away with eating garbage. For overall health, you should avoid it as much as possible.
