Some shit from awhile ago but im thinking of using these verses on a track, im writing a third verse now, lemme know what you think, the first might start a lil slow but the 2nd is crack

im yellin out loud man just open ya ears
the gates gettin close im approachin in fear
the inside should be filled with most of my peers
man i hope that theyre here, im tryna be focused and clear
see this whole lifes crazy, its filthy but its true
and we all take it for granted im guilty of it too
but..
most lessons never learned, fuck the knowledge in my brain
simply my hearts empty, head hollow just the same
my ambition is missin so ill swallow all the blame
but i promise i will change for the scholarship or fame
as for right now the horizons lookin dark

some people pray nightly with a message for the savior
but these words arent prayer, they just beggin for a favor

i do believe in god but religions kinda twisted
its hard acceptin the fact,ya friends rest in the past
so God if you there i got some questions to ask
is the purpose of life just a quest for some cash?
is there a reason for breathin? a message attached?
if you aint agreein' im leavin, and ill never look back

contrived for these crowds while they sittin in churches
