Copy did beat him i feel but asher really wasn't THAT bad not great and obviously not hard enuff to beat copy but he still came wit some ok lines and personals. that hook is fukin annoying..Where is copywrite from?

^^Neither do I. you wanna know what its fucked up but the truth is that copy is just hatin on ash cause copy has been goin hard for a minute and hasn't gone NOWHERE ya kno so yea i can see why he's mad.

apparently their beefin (or the reason i came across as to why Copy is beefin with Ash) is cause he thinks Roth sounds too much like Eminem... where i really don't hear the same style as them... in a song Copy did he had soundbytes from Ash sayin "i'm kickin it with G-Unit"... on 106th & Park on BET the VeeJay's asked Eminem what he thought of Asher Roth and Em said he liked him n thought he was a well fresh talent and claimed that with him and other artists such as BOB, Drake (yes Drake), and others hip hop was in good hands... DJ Cannon co-signed him and thats where hes gettin his beats n shit... theres only one song from ash called Silly Boy (as seen in the first video posted) but Copy has 2 Cremation (as seen as the second video posted) and The Real Fake Shady (see link below)... personally i think Copy's got him no problem... but Asher doesn't really seem to be too worried about Copy beefin with him n shit... i guess cause Ash knows hes on the road at makin himself a big rap star and Copys still underground... n maybe thats another reason why he "Just Don't Like Him" (as quoted from a Copywrite interview on Asher Roth)...

Not too long ago ko drove out to ohio n kicked it wit copywrite they did a track together....well copywrite dropped the verse and ko has yet to drop the verse on it....lazy ass fuck....copywrite mentions collabin wit ko in his verse...which showed me it was real....lol cuz I didn't believe it at first haha like most of u wouldn't haha....but fuck asher roth...never liked him....fuckin college boy nothin against college but....he shoulda stayed in it...lol

Copywrite slaughtered him, there's no doubt about it. Copy is one of my favorite emcees, but I also like Asher too. He appeals a little more to the white suburban college kids a little, but who cares. He knows his audience. I'm just glad there's a decent emcee in the mainstream to combat all the wack ass rappers like Soulja Boy. I'm not hating on Drake either. I don't like that he's aligning himself with Lil Wayne, but the dude is still pretty nice. Overrated? Depends who you compare him to. He's good, but I wouldn't go as far as saying great. Truth be told, I honestly don't see Copywrite breaking out of the underground scene. He's ill as fuck, but from a business standpoint, he's not very marketable for the simple fact that he's a punchline emcee. He very well could make it into mainstream and I'm pretty sure I've heard that he's actually shot down major deals. Can't blame the dude though. I personally don't care about his beef with Asher, but there really isn't any comparison either. And yes, I do think Asher sounds like a younger Eminem but not as lyrically complex. So I think Copy is probably just pissed cuz this dude came out sounding like someone else and is basically riding his "style" to fame, which I disagree with, but I understand his reason. I think Copy, Asher, Eminem, and either Apathy or Aesop Rock should form a super group lol.

yeah cuz he never recorded his verse on da track so i guess it never really happened...lol i still gotta talk to him bout that shit..i had told him to come thru to da studio to record it but he never did...well he never does shit anyways...haha

as for the beef..i can see THAT copywrite is madd.but if you're smart enough to know what your target audience is you basically put your success into your own hands..copywrite can be mad about asher's style and all that , but bottomline is Asher's Hustle was strong and obviously spot on..i dont even like his music, but i gotta respect hustle, cuz if i had his type of Hustle then he'd probably be the one one forums typin about me...

i actually just saw KO like friday er some shit...n talked to him bout that track....he said hes got it written...actually he doesnt smoke too much weed its more like drink too much...motherfucker was havin people over at 12 PM for the bears game and had multiple cases...lol i woulda gone..but i had no ride....but dude drinks all da time!...lol....he claims once he gets his car fixed hes gonna come record that shit....but if u dont believe me...lol ask em...if u ever catch em online haha
