Yeah, old news, Shaq was traded for nothing. Don't look too much into it though, Shaq is an old man living off past glory, he did have a decent season last year, but it was only decent considering his age. In the end of the day Dwight is the new Shaq, and definetly alot more balanzed compared to the present day one. In the end, I think Orlando ended up making the better deal, aquiring Vince Carter. Now theres a trade that could shake shit up in the east...Pz

You know Shaq idc how old is going to come into camp like a beast, no way he shows up looking old in front of the new best thing to happen to the NBA, no way man he is going to be beastly and win Lebron his title and then retire knowing he got kobe his, wade his, and now Lebron...The big Aristotle...But for real you know damn well Shaq is going to play hard he has to look good.

Everyone plays hard. His hardest playing days are over, thats the main point. I would rather make an investment in a young center than a big truckload of money into an aging vet...Remember Salary Caps come into huge effect now'a'days and taxes on top of that come into huge effect now.

Think about it. First of all, why are all these vets like Vinco Carter getting traded to teams for nothing?? Because Salary Caps are a bitch now that the league doesn't let teams pay every players 100 million dollars a year, which is why we see the star power on every team lowering, and which is why old vets that aren't anywhere near as good as they used to be start getting threads made about them because they get traded to a team in the east. Shaq was traded to Pheonix, everyone thought that would help...All I'm saying is that Pheonix made it farther in the playoff's WITHOUT him then with him. Only smart thing Clevland did is keep it's ballers, because Pheonix had too loose Marion to get the man himself Shaqzoolu.
