last friday i got in a brawl and knocked tha dude up, split his wig an broke his orbital bone. but i fuckin broke my hand on his face. it fuckin sucks, shits pain ful as fuck. well anyways i just wanted to say that UFC ground an pound shit works great. but if your gonna be bustin heads. than hit um the right way with your fist. cause a broken hand blows..

I've been unable to grip for 3 weeks, had to have surgery to sew my tendons back together, and lost the nerves in the top half of 2 of my fingers.

Still have 3 weeks left of this fucking splint bullshit until I can weight lift again.

damm i've only ever broke two bones then it's only arms so have no idea what u goin thru lol

disable & block with arms deliver damage with legs/feet never fails + no broken hands or knuckles, i rarely use my hands, if i do its a straight shot to the chin or palm to the nose or an elbow to the eyebrow anything else is less effective then a kick for me at least
