lol something like that happened over here too
there was a guy on a bus who was diabetic and he went into a coma.
cops tasered him when he never responded when they told him to get up.
then they claimed afterwards they thought he was a terrorist. dickheads
but yeah theres decent cops. i know ive been let off a few times when i could of been taken down the station. then you have the dickheads that pull u up for stupid shit like drinkin or pissin in the street lol. fuck them £40 fines

last half of that reminded me of eminem...take you on jerry springer and beat your ass legally!!! ha they cant get a warrent for something like that unless you have crazy priors or somethin. trust me for just a little bit of noise they arent gonna go to a judges house wake him or her up get the warrent signed and come back to rodney king your ass in your crib...lol
