School Logo... what ya think?

This was for a Tattoo school website.
thought school... Apple... tattoo school... tattood apple. LOL
the Tattoo is One that the owner of the school did on someones back
i got the apple from google pics.

Really natural and alluring.
Dont know the specifics of photoshop or what not. but the apple looks dope!

It looks OK, but doesn't really match a tattoo school. Tattoo artists are one of the customers that you can do really cool grunge stuff for. (there more open to cool, design-y type stuff, since they are artists themselves. much more so then your normal business)
I would recommend rethinking the concept and the logo. You could do a whole lot of really, really cool things with a tattoo school logo. this version just misses the mark as far as fitting the actual business.

id agree that if i only saw the picture and no words i may not think of tattoo school for sure.... but apples are the first thing i think of when i think school.
as for Artwork... i chose to go with art from the Artist.
and this was just one idea i had. more than catchy logo i wanted an intresting picture.

It's all good, just giving my advice.
Also keep in mind, a logo has to be able to be be resized, and look good at any size. For instance, alot of people put logos on pens and small things like that. Logos also should look good whether in color or black and white. I mention that, because while the apple is really cool, it will lose it's detail when reduced.

i think u did a good job...it looks pretty realistic for the most part..lol...if anything maybe...a chalkboard wit a tattoo on it and have like E-MC2 n shit tattooed on it...deres alotta ways u could go with it..but definitely like wat u did wit it
