he's saying it, because he's a rapper... and to be a rapper, you have to think your the best, to be great at anything.. you have to believe your on top or at least will be on top in the future....
if i say im better than arv or rell... i believe that... though i've lost to them and others would say im not... same kinda thing...
only 2pac obviously a legend to many people (no disrespect to arv and rell haha)... wayne comapred to him cause they both young, both produced a lot of music...
