Here in The Rules it Says

---Deadlines
-The deadline is usually decided by the battlers. For every day a battler is late for the deadline, a vote is added against him. For example, if the deadline has passed and you haven't posted your verse for 3 days then the score would be 3-0 against you and you will loose the battle.
-If voting for your battle stays open longer than 2 weeks it'll be closed with the winner being whos up in votes, if its a tie it'll be left open the next person to vote will decide the winner
