Like I said on it before when I wrote descriptions of each cat. If you "wanted to look deeper into the whole thing"...parts of how it's mixed can come into account, but I even said in the beginning of the tourny that we're not looking at the quality end of it. But the other dimensions of creativity is what we'll be searching for because we know not everyone can find a mixing artists.

A tourney is a contest. If you read everythread and descriptions about this tourney or voiced a question, even a concern...you'd of seen me write it before. I've said This tourney is not judging based on who the best punchline artist is, or who can rap a better topical. We're looking for the BEST overall entertainer. Someone with creativity and displays all the elements of a solid emcee. This isn't American Idol, but the concept it is similiar. We want the best participant to win. Being strong in just one or two areas doesn't make you the better emcee in the competition. Being diverse and well rounded does.

I've said this so much, I think people don't read shit. They just join and not look at the details of it all. We said from the jump that this tourney was going to be different round-2-round. If there were any questions...people could've asked at any time. And take Haz for example...he went into it the way that he belived that it should go, and that was aggressive with punchlines to boot. I told everyone from jump, "yes...these are verses dissin your opponent, so do your homework" and Haz did that. Everyone technically did that. Just some came harder than others. But that's not the only thing we are looking for. The categories are there. You see what they are before you write your track...so it's not like your at some disadvantage. Manipulate your track to accomodate your cats! Play to the judges. Nobody tells you what to write or how hard to come...but if their are loops to jump through, than you do it because we want to see you display certain attributes and how powerful you can execute them.

cee 4..lyrics are important in an audio..but i know i wouldn't wanna listen to somebody's audio that had rythm slips unnecessary pauses..or didnt sound good..period..it wouldnt matter what they said if the shyt sounds like ass it sounds like ass..this wasnt the case though..like i said Haz came in good with the punches..but that couldn't give him more than 1 cat...i dont

it was a good battle. best so far. i know everybody is anticipatin Dynamiq vs Ekoms too. that will be another good one and will def live up to its hype.

exactly cee4 like they said you dont actually have to aim your diss at your opponent in this tourney as much as you have to aim it at the cats before you write/record your drop.

ey, i know its bad timing, and its not for sure..but i don't think im gonna keep droppin for this tournament, i'll still be droppin for this round but with this microphone and problems with the feedback its not even worth mixing in the end..some issues u just can't get around..did my best to but definitely not motivatin me to keep droppin with all these technical errors, along with that.. future music is on hold until i get my own studio goin.. just a heads up tho...its more work than im really willin to put in at the moment

i just dont have the right tools for this shit man..u know how hard it is to mix vocals when ur listening to the song off of a seperate computer cause the feedback's so bad it causes distortion..lol its not worth the hassle.. and that's just one annoying issue... i might just stick to it n finish the rounds up depending if i get passed this first one, but im just not feelin it when i already had to redo 3 verses and a hook cuz the power went out for a split second and i forgot to save..shit like that just makes u wanna stop lol.. but i figured i mine as well drop somethin u know..still mixin it.. should be done in about 10-20 minutes
