I've studied alot of theology and the whole thing is confusing...but alot of it is tied together...

Only thing I know for sure, is that the Big Bang = Bullshit...

lets see about 90% of my community is Catholic... n their FAR FROM RELIGIOUS PEOPLE!!! in fact their the worst... but it can't be as bad as the Bapsists... they are fucking horrible i live down the road from a Bapsist family n they are fuckin mean lil fuckers man... all of em... the dad keeps yellin "the gays n lesbians are goin to hell" n their kids are lil shit headed ankle biters... daughters are hot but their whores lol

Sarah, how can you mention opinion in the same paragraph that you blatantly admitted to your conformist views by saying that most people have a religion. Using that as a defense for religion.

Its also interesting that you don't care about his opinions. Then I would suggest this thread isn't for you.

How can people not say religion makes you close minded. When you're being closed minded defending religion. Saying you don't want to hear his opinion because its against religion.

5. full of lies & false hood? how can you honestly make that claim when you don't have a clue what the basis of the religions were? how can you make that claim logically when you don't know which religion is right? how can you make that claim realistically when you don't even know how your religion was formed and how much it has been altered? i'll just share one tidbit of information look up the "sumerians" they're an ancient civilization that existed around 2,000 bc and they knew the solar system as it exists today without any special lense to view it, they also had really developed government, education, writing, & architecture that for the time period is considered by historians practically impossible and how they knew the solar system was because their gods told them about it

Okay let me rephrase... I am not a typical person : i dont have a religion. I'm not trying to devote myself to a religion because everyone else has a religion, i was simply stating a fact. i'm doing it for a sense of direction, and yes... religion does help people do that if it matters enough to that person. .. my opinion, once again.
