neither of those stipulations have any effect on intelligence

most of the most intellectual got high regards for thinking outside of the general methods and discovering things and processes by accident(or on purpose in some cases)

if people just followed the general process of doing things development in technology and society would still be primative

of course, but an IQ test dosn't deal with just thinking outside of what there is, it deals with what we already know so that we can see if you can expand or not.

If Einstien did take a IQ test, he wouldn't score high.
