i got no idea who the best on site is, to tough to call, but i was checkin out alotta tracks lately, so i organized em into three categories based on my opinon
heavyweights:
dynamiq, viral, kurse, tretru, millz, jolly jay, hkx, siccspits
middleweights:
TOYH, illusion1, hazard, el original, KGdaKID, tramatik, rai
lightweights:
mutual hostility, dead silence, kevorkian, war-fest
i left a ton of people out im sure but thats the people i can think of
all the people i threw in the heavyweight list are the audioheads that id get a mixtape from n put on the ipod, playlist worthy, the middleweights i enjoy listenin to some of their tracks that get posted up, lightweights are the ones who are new to it n still gettin aquainted with a mic in my opinion
