Hip Hop CEO Jerome Almon Accuses Eric Holder and Michigan AG Mike Cox of Cover-up in Corrupt Judge Case
TMZ Broadcast Proves Rap Mogul was Framed by Crooked Judge
DETROIT (EWORLDWIRE) Jul 1, 2009
Judge Mary Waterstone - the same judge accused by Murdercap CEO Jerome "SlikkForDays" Almon of framing him and believed to be the source of Almon's being banned from Canada, has been indicted for framing a defendant in another case. Almon's ban from Canada led to him filing the infamous $900 million "rappergate" lawsuit against Canada.
Judge Mary Waterstone's police and prosecutor co-conspirators are facing life sentences in the framing case.
Judge Waterstone and prosecutors are the target of Judicial Tenure Commission and Attorney Grievance Committee investigations for framing dozens of other suspects in a manner similar to the Dallas Innocence Project fiasco.
FBI and Canadian Justice Ministry documents show that Almon alleged that Judge Waterstone conspired with Detroit police and prosecutors to frame him, but U.S. Attorney Saul Green personally cleared the judge. Obama apointee and acting US Attorney Terrence Berg has also joined in protecting the corrupt judge and other law enforcement officials, while declaring war on Detroit politicians.
According to Almon, although Attorney General Eric Holder and Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox have irrefutable evidence that Judge Waterstone framed Almon, both have inexplicably refused to interview the rap mogul or file charges against Waterstone. Almon suggests it was their offices and the State Department that provided Canada Border Services with Almon's arrest jacket which lead to Canada's rap intelligence unit barring Almon and his label from Canada. It is this tolerance for corruption by the federal and state authorities that led to the demise of the US auto industry. Companies actually have a budget for bribery for doing business in Michigan, the most corrupt state in America.
A Detroit ABC affiliate, WXYZ reported that Cox is under heavy suspicion for blocking State Police investigators from interviewing the main suspect in the baseball bat beating of murdered stripper Tamara "Strawberry" Green, Carla Kilpatrick - the wife of Detroit Hip Hop Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. The Department of Justice Inspector General, Canadian Justice, and Public Safety Ministers are now investigating the sex and corruption-filled, Duke Lacrosse team-like scandal.
In a TMZ.COM exclusive, producer Harvey Levin concluded that State Department and FBI documents clearly show that both knowingly passed false information to Canada's intelligence units, as they did in the Steven Hatfil case. A YouTube video under "SlikkForDays" verifies this allegation.
According to Chicago-based arrestfree.com CEO Kenneth Coats, "Mr. Almon has over three dozen charges against him for domestic violence and sexual misconduct - from Iowa State University, Detroit, Germany and Toronto; a carjacking charge from the Southfield, Michigan Police Chief Joseph Thomas; and a robbery allegation from corporate executives of CVS Pharmacy in Rhode Island. All allegations were found to be false by Iowa State Police, Michigan State Police, the Canadian Commissioner for Customs, and the much vaunted German Bundespolizei."
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has refused to correct the record with Canada as the State Department promised in numerous correspondences to Mr. Almon and Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin.
Ironically, Almon affirms Canadian Customs and Foreign Affairs have invited Almon back into Canada and apologized, in part he believes due to losses suffered by the film industry, by tourism, and by Canada's image, as result of Almon's lawsuit.
Almon authored Michigan's film incentive program - the most lucrative in North America. Almon is weighing his options which include bringing the "rappergate" lawsuit to Canadian courts in July.
