the way i see it if you dont have your wear a helmet on a motorcycle (PA passed a law that u didnt have to wear one) than u shouldnt hafta wear a seatbelt

Haha my bad the way i read it was like, should we have seat belt laws? as opposed to do you agree with seat belt laws?

and eff you! i always wear mine haha.
30 pounds for a seat belt fine? Ours is like 80 dollars for every person who doesn't have their belt on in your car, plus points taken away.

all this stuff about how wearing a seatbelt is more dangerous than not wearing one is bullshit lol
also if you dont wear a seatbelt it gives the police an excuse to pull you over
