Yes you can smoke. Smoking menthol cig's when you're sick isn't nearly as harmful considering most cough medicines and cough drops contain menthol. The smoke is an irritant but the worst it can do is make your throat soarer while it it already sore and irritate you to cough if you have a cough it won't give you a soar throat or cough after your immune system has already taken care of the catalyst.

I swear everytime I grace a church this question is one of the first to come up.
But this is another trick question theres nothing more passionate than a hard dirty "this is probably illegal in 12 countries" sexfest. So unless its a prostitute if you're getting the second option chances are the woman your with is pretty committed and passionate to let you do things to her that would make hitler cringe in hell.
