Fuk! These Herbs is pissed Should’ve blew those perps to bits
So what I supplied a marketable arsenal ? It’s not deserving of this
They put my words in a twist, that’s not what I meant in the killings
Yes the real perpetrators of 9/11 were trapped in collapsed buildings
I was relaxed chillin’, they can’t prove I started the arson nor the catalyst
Who came with the savage hits, sad as it is, I only supplied the additives
Wreaking a war spasm in an attempt to re-conform chasms with
While amassing a small fortune cause the market was quite ravenous
Seemed attractive at the time of it, should’ve copped the burial plots
Ready or not Father Time was too scared to dare me to stop
Ji-had “RAISE THE ROOF TOP” They don’t need water let the towers burn
Allah paid retribution, it’s deserving of what the cowards earned
For the likes of Howard Stern, Dick Chaney and Bush makin’ haters
IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, There the one that should be trapped in this God-forsaken crater
THEY ARE THE INFIDELS, 3000 civilians sent to hell An appropriate discord
Those who were sickened, copious stricken by my lonely decisions in this war
Bury me alive in this morgue, vicious rapport simply for a fleet of oil supplies
Half the nation of royals collide, I’ll dump the petro in the sea and boil the knives
Watch the junkies shudder as the foil is fried To hell with George and his cronies
Send the coffins to Saudi, I’ll pay the postage all by my lonely
I’m the only one who stood up for the Iraqis Who distorted truth to bitter omens
Soldiers coming and going Invading my country with gun wings and boeings
Why should I hide, I’ll face the tribunal with all pride and dignity
I’ll hand them the shovel, who gives a shit if “they ain’t diggin’ me”
The United States has felt the taste of their own poison, postpone the LIES
Put your gun away soilder! I’ve read Maya Angelou.. I know how to Rise!

Creativity - Rugged. The whole use of homophones in the beginning really took this category for me. It's a shame it couldn't have kept going for the whole piece but it was damn nice while it lasted.
Imagery - Tie. Since neither were really telling a story but rather laying out a man's inner thoughts. Both did an equally impressive job.
Multies - Tie. Both had plenty and they all felt natural for the most part.
Flow - Tie. Both were pretty easy to pick up and follow. Neither was perfect but both were very good.

Overall this was such a close battle but I gotta give the edge to Rugged for those homophones in the beginning. But this was definitely one of the closest battles I've ever voted on.Western civilization putting my name under such disparaging captions//
Happening in such embarrassing fashion, a haz-been, everything's crashing//
Arab's panicing, such arrogance branching, samaritans absent//
Assault's thicker than Larry King's glasses, ready to declare the win damnit!//

Re: TOURNAMENT RND 2 - Rugged vs. aLb
Creativity- Rugged, the almost poetic way of expressing inner thoughts was creative, and the use of son/sun, week/weak, air/heir type wordplay was ubber creative. aLb's verse was real creative too, but those two elements I mentioned made Rugg edge out aLb in this category.
Imagery- Tie, when imagery was used, Rugg's seemed to be poetic and kinda eloquent, while aLb's seemed to have a more clear image left in the mind. The imagery was different, but both were solid with it when it was there.
Multis- Tie, both had solid multis, but again very different styles of it. Rugg's multis were often times more complex, but at the same time occasionally seemed a little bit forced. aLb's multis usually came off much more naturally, but at the same time had a more simple feel to em.
Flow- aLb, aLb's verse was super fluid as it flowed off the tongue, without a break in the rhythm at any point. The flow was really the glue that held together the verse, propelling it forward and really helping hold my attention closely to the words he choose to use. Rugg's flow wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't nearly as consistent, had a few occasions when it fell off a bit, and the flow just didn't feel as naturally fluid as aLb's. And the son/sun, heir/air thing, while it was real creative and really must've been a difficult writing trick, at the same time when considering the flow I felt it kinda hurt it, made the flow feel too forced and unnatural, with too many repeating sounds.
Overall- I'm gonna have to give this one to aLb, especially when I reflect back on what I've just written about each category. Essentially, Rugg took the creativity category, but only by a little bit, whereas I think aLb took the flow category by a larger margin. But damn, this was one of the hardest decisions I've made as a voter in these forums, I felt both verses were super good.

Re: TOURNAMENT RND 2 - Rugged vs. aLb
Wow, this is nuts, these verses are so closely matched. Neither of them went crazy with the story, but Rugged's use of vocab and his approach was more creatively done. Riggz flow was sick, for sure, but I think Rugged's was right there with him. I'm wondering why neither of you went crazy with the wordplay in this, as I would think it could have been incorporated nicely into these verses, and could have pulled more of an edge for someone. I'm going to have to go with Rugged on this one, for more complexity, creativeness, and his approach to the topic. Nice battle here.
