2/5. Damn, I keep getting let down after ur best bars, always seemed to be followed by bars that just don't strike. This is not a good way to end the verse, doesn't bring it to a close at all, kinda think the bar above this should've been the last one.

They were all just too basic, not the simple and effective shit that stings they were just duds.

Overall both of u were mostly using nameplay, Cee came marginally more personal and the quality of his punchlines and execution stood out a lot more. Rugged had some good shit but he overcomplicated a lot of would-be good bars too.

Overall...an average but close battle. after reading CEE4's battle against JDR i thought he would murder RUGGS, but he held his own. both had nice wordplay and creative punches, but ive seen much better from both. acording to my tally...RUGGED takes the win.

ALright, I think this was a pretty dope ass battle. Both guys came correct, and really could go either way. I reviewed my review, and it just seems that Cee-4 was more consistant with his punches. Rugged had better nameflips, IMO, but those couple bars that missed hurt. Both had solid flows and did well with the wordplay, no doubt, but I liked how Cee-4 incorporated his into his verse. Kind of a fresh look on things. You guys should do a round two, no matter who is declared the winner. This was a dope battle to read.

Vote- Cee 4. Based more more consistant punches and personals.
