dont know what he's saying-it-dont-speak, his apperance is displaying-a-freak,
His real name is black-listed, His hands are flat- fisted,
finger's are fat-blistered, head spinning, and back- twisted,
he's got book's-on-annasetic, gets treated worse then crooks's-with-paramedic's
hunched over, rib cage showing off, he almost look's-kinda-annorexic,
he's used to having a runny-nose, funny-toes, and bummy-clothes,
who is this man, nobody-know's, i'll tell you one thing being a junkie-blows,

It was an alright quick read. Rhyme style was a little simplistic but on par with subject matter throughout. It read a little like "Poet" from the tv show OZ. Keep on writing.
