Your body is full of water, that's why you sweat it out... Don't drink water for a day go for a jog, do you sweat? I won't have time to workout, I am just going straight to the tournament. The night before I'll workout, then not eat/drink anything till weigh ins.
As for spitting, yeah I used to do that all time. Still do actually, but not for cutting weight just natrually. And shit I know doods who drink their own sweat to refill on electrolytes, and used to train under luke cummo. Who drinks his own piss.

One of the dumbest things you can do is workout/exercise/jog whatever and not take in fluids regularly.

fuck i got back to hittin the gym like 2 weeks ago cuz illest's been getting me fat for the past few months lol

I hit the gym at 11 pm and go home at 2 every weeknight

im starting to feel great again and im getting toned up
im doin the work out with both getting big and cut
so my workout reps are 15-12-9 or 12-10-8 depending on the exercise
im not drinkin any of those protein drinks cuz i felt to thick with it in my stomach

abs are worked everyday but diff exercises each day along with 30 mins on the elliptical or treadmill and 20 mins of stretching (10 before and 10 after)
Mon: committed to shoulders, biceps, lats
Tue: chest, triceps and forearms
Wed:All Legs, calves and quads
Thu: I play basketball for 2.5 hours and stretch a lot. freelift this day

push ups during the weekend lol


anybody know a good diet to go with every day?

i tried goin with the peanut butter sandwich but i got thicker within a damn week.
never felt fatter after that shit. and i worked out hard!

i start everyday by waking up n microwaving a mcdonalds cheeseburger.. for protien, then i procede to an intense finger workout regime on the keyboard, promptly followed by an excellent forearm excersize i learned on www.pornotube.com, then for lunch i smother healthy potatoes with cheese and gravy, ya need your carbs if your a growing boy, then down a 2L bottle of pepsi to get some energy for a long walk to the store to get cigarrettes and liquor, later that night i order pizza.. with mushrooms.. cause ya gotta get your vegetables

find a sport u like to play, find some people to play it with, and go play

if sports isn't ur thing, find a ho to fuck, sex is a great workout.. just stay protected,

dancing and swimming r also good

who says working out can't be fun..

u don't have to stay away from sweets and take out if u don't want to, to make sure u don't sit ur ass after ur done and be a lazy bitch.. find a way to burn the calories u just consumed

and no i don't give a fuck if u think i'm full of shit, cuz i just took a dump so im sure i'm not..deuces
