The most popular female MC on the planet right now teams with MTV’s hottest MC, and the top selling artist of the year, Eminem to join forces for Roman’s Revenge, a humorous outlook on women.
Pink Friday will have at least 19-20 tracks. November 22, 2010 is going to be the release date.
Producers for the album will be, Dwayne “Lil Wayne” Carter (exec.), Cortez Bryant (exec.), Ronald “Slim” Williams (exec.), Bryan “Birdman” Williams (exec.), Swizz Beatz, Drumma Boy, Zaytoven, Kane Beatz, Kanye West, will.i.am, Alex da Kid, Bangladesh, The Neptunes, Drew Money, and Eminem.
She also stated; “They won’t look to sign other female rappers because they’ll say, ‘Her buzz was so crazy and if she couldn’t do it, then no one can do it.’ And I don’t want that to happen, so I’m doing this as well for all the girls. I hope that with the success of the album””because I know it will be successful, I believe it will be successful””I hope that this opens doors for all of the girls everywhere. Even as far as I’ve come right now, it’s a testament in my mind,” she said. “So I hope the female rappers will understand how big it is, just for our culture, that the album does well.”
