The foundation of successful hip hop artists tends to be controversy. It doesn’t matter if its good or bad.

With Joe Budden’s new mixtape Mood Muzik 4 expected to be released on October 26th, how much could a warrant for his arrest help. Probably not much, because of the nature of case against him.

For the second time in under a year, Budden has not been paying child support, according to a report from The New Jersey Journal.

The warrant was issued, as part of New Jersey’s “Deadbeat Dads” campaign, after Budden didn’t show up for court in May, allegedly failing to pay $12,983 dollars in child support.

Joe Budden has been extremely busy lately, tracks from his upcoming mixtape have been leaking daily including Remember the Titans and Inception.

One would have to imagine that the warrant will be handled by Joe in a timely fashion considering that he has had multiple successful projects in a row and is a signed hip hop artist.

As of right now, Budden has twittered within 2 minutes of this article and not mentioned the warrant for his arrest.
