That old school Twista brings us back to the classics with with them real sick Mid West lyrics that made us fall in love with him in the 90’s. Produced by the extremely busy Kanye West.
He spits some of them tongue twisting flows at the end of the track. But more imperative is the raw emotions that were so evident in his earlier work that he couldn’t recapture on Adrenaline Rush 2007. And are scattered throughout his whole discography as he’s grown as an artist over the last decade.
Last year, Twista released Category F5 to mixed reviews. A lot of positive ones from critics cited Twista’s ability to continue a consistent theme throughout the whole album.
In 2010, Twista will be releasing The Perfect Storm. He’s gained fans over the years, lost some, but remained a true chi artist throughout his career. That’s why we’ll always be interested in his next project whether its a dud or incredible.
