Stating, “It’s funny how things come full circle. R.E.D.” Game linked to a photograph of him wearing four Aftermath medallions around his neck. R.E.D. is the title of Game’s upcoming spring album, which may possibly carry the Aftermath logo.

Having released his multi-platinum debut, The Documentary on G-Unit/Aftermath/Interscope in 2005, Game would later release his two subsequent releases 2006’s The Doctor’s Advocate and 2008’s L.A.X. on Geffen Records, which is a sister-label to Interscope in the IGA (Interscope-Geffen-A&M) family. Many believed these actions were resulted from the tension between Game and 50 Cent.

By returning to Aftermath, Game joins Eminem, 50 Cent, as well as two newer artists Slim Da Mobster and Hayes. Throughout his career, Game has worked with Aftermath producers such as Hi-Tek, DJ Khalil, and Dr. Dre.

Earlier this week, Game released the Sam Cooke-sampling “Shake”, produced by Cool & Dre, which will most likely be included on his spring album R.E.D.
