Singer/producer T-Pain was allegedly involved in a freak golf cart accident on Friday (March 27) that has left him with serious injuries.
According to reports, T-Pain suffered a number of cuts and abrasions on his face and he also lost four teeth in the accident.As a result, T-Pain missed two high profile appearances this weekend with Lil Wayne and Lil Kim.
He missed his slot on the Lil Wayne “I Am Music Tour” stop in San Jose, California on Friday.
