50 Cent plans to follow in his mentor Eminem’s footstep and not release an album for a while after he releases back to back lps. He has two albums coming out, which are title “Curtis”, which will be release in September, and “Before I Self Destruct”, which will be released on the anniversary of his first album “Get Rich Or Die Trying”. The album will be released on February Fourth 2008.
He said he already recorded ten tracks for “Before I Self Destruct”, but put them to the side and started working on “Curtis”.
Illest was also interested about how he said Eminem hasn’t released an album in five years. He would be ignoring Encore, which just came out three years ago.
After these back to back albums, Interscope will be releasing a 50 cent greatest hits.
