Lupe Fiasco’s business partner and co-founder of 1st & 15th Records, has been sentenced to jail for distributing drugs including but not limited to selling heroin on the streets of Chicago.

Patton, whose nickname is “Chilly” was busted with 6 killos of heroin. The estimated street value of these drugs is one million dollars.

According to authorities there is a connection between 1 & 15 records and his drug ring, but the prosecutors to use evidence during the trial.

“There is a large amount of money that he received from the sales of heroin,” Assistant State’s Attorney Patrick Coughlin said. “And he was able to start up a record company.

Lupe Fiasco was also lightly involved in this Fiasco. He was with “chilly” when he was arrested in 2003, and he later testified that that he did have several phone calls with Patton.

Prosecutors claimed during one conversation they discussed splitting up “whole yellow” and “whole red ones”

Lupe has denied all the allegations. He claimed they were talking about his music tracks.

Lupe is not known for doing or supporting drugs in any way.
