Honorable mention for rookie of the month goes to Gutta. Keep up the posting and you will most likely get it next month! We really need to appreciate these new members because they are the people who “will” make the site thrive.
People might argue about the hype award, but Daguy kept Illest alive and organized through a dead month.
16 micz will be posting the statistics soon. The habit of the posts going down hasn’t changed. We really need to work out of that slum! Especially when we have so much we are offering now.
We have constant hip-hop news. We have some of the most organized tournaments you will find by any forum on the web. The only problem with the tournaments is the no-shows. I hate to sound like, I’m insulting the people who keep this forum active, but help the forum and don’t no show.
You’re really hurting the tournaments, which in turn is quite damaging to the site. Just think about it, if you went to a site that the tournaments weren’t even getting finished, in a timely manner, would you want to stay? Don’t damage the reputation of the entire forum because you don’t want to drop a less than stellar verse.
Other people may debate the Emcee Of The Month because he disappeared during the middle of the month but ekoms was consistent in what he took part in. He dropped in “every battle” he was in. He was also active in all the other forums throughout the site.
Ekoms is also responsible for breaking Symbolikulls long run as the Mc Of The Month. I think, it was three months in a row?
As for just pure participation on the site. We all have to acknowledge the amount of posting that Drunken Jesus & Kurse do. They have been very consistent in keeping the site active even through its roughest stages. Thanks a lot.
Another honorable mention goes to the Samcast, which is a breath of fresh air for the podcast scene. We need more girls in the site in general, but at least the ones we have are helping Illest to the fullest.
It’s nice to see sporadic Viral back. Don’t you think? Now hook up his with a track and we will be more pleased.
Lawgix didn’t disappoint this month from an activity perspective He is one of the top posters on the site. Lawgix also doesn’t free post to achieve that plateau either.
16 micz might not seem like the most active member on Illest, but definitely keeps things going behind the scenes. He also has to deal with my frequent bombardment of Illest propaganda. Anyone who has to go through that excruciating pain deserves some recognition.
Notice his beats aren’t sounding like poop hitting the toilet water anymore to?
It’s nice to see Conspiracy chipping in to help keep Illest organized. Even though he isn’t even a moderator. Hopefully he sets a precedent.
Props to Diverse especially for keeping his posts entertaining specifically in the chill.
