This TOS applies for any page (link) on this website. Illestlyrics.com, which was registered through Godaddy, November 18th, 2005. After you break our “TOS (“Terms of Use”), you have no right to be on our site or use any of the services provided by Illest Lyrics. We have the full right to ban you (make you unable to access the website) without warning or explanation.
By accessing “illestlyrics.com” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our” “site”, “website”, “illestlyrics.com”) when referring to the website “illestlyrics”, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

Content on Illest Lyrics includes but is not limited to Mp3s, written rhymes, poetry, instrumentals, beats, music in any form, movies, music videos, freestyles, artwork, graphics, voice recordings, programs, writings, comments and every other noun that could possibly be placed onto the site. Anybody who visits this site has no right to reuse any of the owners content off the domain/website (illestlyrics.com) without permission from the owner of the content. Content on Illest Lyrics can be redistributed on any page (link) of illestlyrics.com at anytime. The owner is the sole proprietor in all circumstances.
Off-Site Content
Illest Lyrics is not responsible for any content hosted by another site (domain) or third party. After you click a (link), you’re subject to the terms of service of the other website. We don’t endore any website that is linked on Illest Lyrics besides if otherwise clarified.
User Conduct
Illest Lyrics is a community driven website, very few aspects of the site are controlled by site administrators. That is to say, when you create content on the site, you’re taking the responsibility of that content. Although, we have the right to remove that content at any time, you’re the “Content Provider”, which means you take full responsibility, if you break local laws or our TOS with your content or conduct. Illest Lyrics does not endorse the view points expressed by any author/content provider on Illest Lyrics. Considering the amount of information that is processed to our databases daily. We can not remove all the content that breaks our TOS.
Impersonation of a user or person is strictly prohibited on Illest Lyrics. Sometime people will find it fun to act as if they are somebody else. At first it may seem like a humorous idea, but by doing so you’re breaking our TOS.
Adult Content is not allowed at all on Illest Lyrics. By posting (placing the content on the site) you’re liable to local/federal/state laws and break our TOS.
Warez / Piracy / Hacking / Viruses, or illegal mp3’s are not permitted on Illest Lyrics. Although, we give you the right to upload content on various pages on Illest Lyrics. The content must be owned exclusively by you, if not – you’re fully responsible for copyright infringement and any other charges brought upon you.
Spam is completely prohibited on Illestlyrics.com. By sending unwanted e-mails to another user of Illest Lyrics, you’re breaking our TOS. Illest Lyrics can be used to promote yourself as an artist. It can also be used to promote otherwise. If you’re ruining the experience for other users of the site by spamming your websites or products, you’re breaking the TOS. Reasonable judgement and common sense narrows the definition of spam down pretty easily. If you’re still not clear of what we mean by spam. It’s the unreasonable posting of content that is not meant to be on the site by a user of Illest Lyrics.
Sexual Harassment in any form will not be tolerated.
Harassment is part of the fun of Illest Lyrics in lyrical battles of skills. Any personal attacks that are not within the groundwork of a furthering a battle is against the TOS. By participating on the forum in a battle, you agree to tolerate a reasonable amount of flaming. If you attack somebody to the point, they are uncomfortable. You’re breaking our TOS.
We have the right at anytime to remove content or accounts at anytime, but we have no obligation to monitor issues between you and other Illest Lyrics users. You take responsibility for your own conduct.
Access
If by local laws or your ISP blocks our website, you’re not allowed to access the domain (illestlyrics.com) under any circumstances.
Age
The website and all of its services is only available for those who are over 13 years old. Do not register and leave the site if you’re under this age.
Termination
Illest Lyrics can terminate your account or your ability to access the website at anytime without reason or explanation.
