i Just Do My Usual Boxing Workouts So im Not into Benching Etc, Mostly Cardio.
When i Warm Up i Just Do Stretches And Sometimes Skipping Because i Have To Go Out Back To Do That Lol.
My Workouts Usually Consist Of Squats (Not a Set Number With Them, Like With Any Exercise i Do. i Just Do it Till it Hurts Then i Do it More Till i Physically Can't).
Then i Usually Work On My Triceps By Doing Something Similar To a Swimming Motion, it's Hard To Explain But We Did it at My Old Boxing Gym as a Warmup And After a While ur Arms Can Barely Move.
i Do Push Ups at Various Times Throughout The Session, Once Again Not a Set Number i Just Push Through The Pain Period as Much as Humanly Possible Then Stop.
i Do Bicep Curls With My Dumbells Also at Various Times. Usually i Rotate Between The Bicep Curls, Push Ups And Lateral Lifts Maybe Doing Like 10 at a Time, And Continue For as Long as i Can.
Between The Above Rotational Workouts i Shadowbox Holding The Dumbells To Work On Punching Speed And Habitual Techniques Which Are Harder To Stick By When ur Holding Dumbells So That's a Good Practice. Then i Do The Same And Work On Head Movement, Footwork And Combos.
Right Now im Only Doing Bicep Curls Etc a Lot Because i Want To Build a Little More Upper Body Strength And Gain About 10lbs For The Sake Of Evening Out My Frame. Once i Reach That Target ill Just Work On Maintaining What i Have Because 'Bodybuilding' And Boxing Don't Go Well Together. i Know it's an Exercise Thread But Fuck it ill Add Some Nutritional info in Aswell.
Since im Not Really Looking To Gain Mass i Don't Load Up On Calories But a Little While Before Workouts ill Eat a Small Meal Like Spaghetti For Energy's Sake, Then in The Hour After My Session ill Eat Something High in Protein And Carbohydrates (Stuff Like Chicken, Potatoes, Tuna Etc) So My Body Has More Nutrients To Heal With.

lift, run, play basketball lol i used to do MMA cuz my friends where in it too but i realized i was getting mentally to old to do this stupid shit so i dropped the fighting

I basically do a Muscle group a day. Try do alot of compounds. Im just at a bulking stage, just want to put some size on before ripping up. So trying to smash down as many calories as I can.

i do this every other day to prevent injury
do various stretches i have learned in my life.
run 3mile i think thats 4.88km on proper ground.
do 50 pushups in 2 mins
do 70 situps in 2 mins
do the "plank" for 2.5 mins
do step ups with 30kg on each arm and 5kg anklewieghts
then i usualy give myself a couple of hours then go to the leisure center
swim for 3 miles
then a cool down swim waiting on mate to arrive to go into the gym wit
once in the gym
5 sets of 10- abdominal crunch machine with 30kg on
5 sets of 15- pec deck with 50 kg on
5 sets of 10- rotational crunch machine with 30kg on
5 sets of 15- lat pull down with 55kg on
5 sets of 10- pull ups(alternate sets of wide grip narrow grip)
5 sets of 10- bench press with 110kg on
5 sets of 5 -bicep curls(25kg) and tricep dips rotating sets
10 mins on the rowing machine, 1 min light 1 min hard n so on
20 mins on laterial cross trainer
plus one waited run every 2 weeks
i eat healthily, wholegrain and fuit for breakfast, pasta salad and fruit for dinner, home cooked meal for tea then nothing else till next day. apart from friday and saturday i drink about 32bottles of millers or coors light. then back to training again
supliments- creatine, protien shakes, vitimins and minerals, fat burners.

1 mile on stair steppers
a. chest-tricep-shoulder

lower back, obliques and abs every workout
1 mile on treadmill
this cardio needs to be cranked up because i notice i have a flat hard stomach but my sides are still soft and doing obliques all day wont slim u itll just bulk under the fat stored lol i have to run more...
taking amp protein post workout im looking for a proper thermogenic pre workout supplement that wont kill me with caffeine or juranium.. shit maybe some vitamins will do the trick. idk yet though

uhmm..i do random freestyle works which consist of curls, push ups, situps, multiple types of crunches.
I do pushups on my 25dumb bells, and pull each one up after a push up. i do as many of those as i can. Going to get more into actually doing the p90x shit routine but just been lazy lately...someone write me up a workout schedule lmao.
I do it b/c i just wana be in better shape all round, and get ript up b/c i never been which would boost confidence and self-esteem i think. And will also help promote me to have a better FLOW for rapping, b/c being in better shape i think i will be able to spit longer and get my flow down better on my breath control.

No isolations, I sort of train like a power lifter.
I used to run, jump rope and do weighted jump squats but I don't really do anymore of these three anymore.
