not realy a poet but concept seemed good so thought id try writtin one it could of been a lot betta so if any of ya poets take the concept n write some shit down that would b cool but here it is ma first poem open for feed if its wank just say y n giv propz thankz

At the age of 16 im still a baby I am not packing glocks but a pen in my hand
Trying to do the best I can hoping for the grades to take me out of this land
Coz if you live were I live if ya c a nigga getting shot ya fink nothing of it
When at school you see kids pissin around ya c me at the front that's were I sit
Kids coming upto me hit me with paper balls then they smerk
But I don't give a fuck I wanna leave the ghetto so I just sit and do work
Going in for extra lessons n you see the other kids joke
Y im doin work you c them throwin there life away sniffin coke
Now 10 years on I own my own business earning £1000 week
Were are them hoes now im no longer a geek
Now I bet they wished they would of listened in class n maybe learned
But they were fucking around in drugs they were more concerned
Maybe them lads should of listened to wat the teachers said
They could have been like me but them niggaz ended up dead
