Eminem has filed for divorce from his wife, Kim, again ? less than three months after remarrying her.

A spokesperson for Eminem's label, Interscope Records, confirmed Wednesday (April 5) that the Detroit rapper has filed papers with the

Macomb County, Michigan, clerk's office and will seek a divorce from Kim Mathers, his high school sweetheart and the mother of his 10-year-old daughter, Hailie Jade Scott Mathers.

Eminem (real name: Marshall Bruce Mathers III) and Kim Mathers remarried in a ceremony held on January 14 (see "Eminem Remarries Ex-Wife Kim Mathers"). The nuptials were exchanged only a month after the couple announced they'd reconciled (see "Eminem Says He's Back With Ex-Wife Kim").

The Mathers were first married back on June 14, 1999, but the marriage dissolved in October 2001 amid a bitter legal fight, largely over the custody of their child (see "Eminem's Divorce From Kimberly Mathers Finalized").
