Core Horror - MonuMental ft. Defiance

Post by MonuMental »

MonuMental
No love in my heart, for you and all your brothers in arms,
I'll leave you covered in scars, dead, smothered, and harmed,
Bled, punctured, and charred, with flesh drug in the yard,
Utterly marred, until your skeleton is busted in shards,
Aching to leave a core ripped, stapled seams, gore dipped,
Take a torque wrench to your face to see the corpse drip,
Form contortions, force bits of organs in whore lips,
I'm remorseless, chopping orphans like, "Bitch abort this!",
Cause this is horror core, with blood on the door and floor,
Down the corridors of my mind, sickening more and more,
Addicted to chloroform, with victims from shore to shore,
Mix it pure and sure, scripted secure as insurance forms,
For fun thrills collect buckets where all the guts spill,
I'll un-build and peel flesh, but if stressed my gun will,
Run up hills made of bodies, as they stink I stunt still,
A done deal, taking shotties to spray as the crust gilds,
Hooks in clavicles bespeak an approaching catastrophe,
Loosened your mandible to leave you broken and atrophied,
Fool with an animal, panicked and manic you'll have to be,
Snatch and bleed you through the neck, and snap it jaggedly,
You're fit to bleed, I'll kiss cheeks with fists and knees,
Within the breeze your fluids mist, and drift, and cling,
My sickness sings, wondering if you're as sick as me,
Or missed and grieved by people that you wished would leave,
In the hell I created, skull fucking cranial rapists,
Mania latent, striking faces, I'm insane and complacent,
Cut a vein, have it raining, pick a stain, write my name in,
Bitter pain, I'm elated, all the same, life is draining,
Now the strike of finality leads to a spike of vitality,
Might is rallied, I count bodies as stripes are tallied,
Savage and trife, damage dealt more than fathom or sight,
Maddening blight, I'm running rampant just a famine in life.

Defiance
The core horror eating rappers like ordered orduerves
On a brochure searching for weapons of pain and torture
We just cultured leaving whores served with ropes and razors
Chokes and tazers burning retinas with our focused lasers
in coats thats tailored stitched with viens an tendons
brains for cleansin the skin that was strained with tension
pain is mentioned as we gain attention towards the craft
with boards and slabs piled with bodies thats gored n slashed
torn in half with blood puddles only discussed in hushed huddles
bones were crushed muzzled an placed liked a fucked puzzle
its not much trouble for us to chop and drop offenses
knock um senseless than hang um from top of fences
this is noxious vicious called a sickness like coughs in liquid
I box vindictive knocking blocks while rockin slick shit
Go ahead mock the gifted an feel the wrath and fury
the path to gurneys stuck in a pose like taxidermy
ya run til ya calf’s are burning you can never escape
no clever debates I lose control like I severed da brakes
you cant weather da plague hate to ruin your parade
eyes puréed served on a platter mid section cut filleted
curved blades slicing slowly cutting through ya skin
within a boast of sin we’ll string and noose ya kin
the proof is in, the pudding with emcees in the ingredients
ill bleed ya stiff cause rigor mortis is always obedient
in trial I’ll plead the fifth and leave with bloody finger tips
like a stingers tip I pierce and watch demeanors flip
plotting that evil shit needle tips dipped in venom
with a bit of resin in seven spots watch um drift ta heaven
im sick demented call a reverend and pray for salvation
with fowl persuasions allocated to death at high elevations
hell is waitin for its leaders Monumental and Defiance
causing continental riots with bloodshed as our pencils pilot

Damn, Flow was fire in this peice. Both had a great flow and great use of multies. Content was above average for a piece with a subperb flow. Horrocoe was there...but you both could have incorporated a bit more in your verses.

Fav bars:

Momumental:

Form contortions, force bits of organs in whore lips,
I'm remorseless, chopping orphans like, "Bitch abort this!",

For fun thrills collect buckets where all the guts spill,
I'll un-build and peel flesh, but if stressed my gun will,

Cut a vein, have it raining, pick a stain, write my name in,
Bitter pain, I'm elated, all the same, life is draining,

^The flow on that bar was sick.

Defiance:

its not much trouble for us to chop and drop offenses
knock um senseless than hang um from top of fences

Go ahead mock the gifted an feel the wrath and fury
the path to gurneys stuck in a pose like taxidermy

hell is waitin for its leaders Monumental and Defiance
causing continental riots with bloodshed as our pencils pilot

Overall this was dope as shit for multis and flow and the content was a little different from most horrorcore drops. I'm not really a fan of generic horrorcore anyway so I liked the approach. Imagery and creativity really stood out from both guys and I think your styles went brilliantly together.

No love in my heart, for you and all your brothers in arms,
I'll leave you covered in scars, dead, smothered, and harmed,
Bled, punctured, and charred, with flesh drug in the yard,
Utterly marred, until your skeleton is busted in shards,

Nice, nice imagery here... Started out right on pace, and you keep going with it smoothly. I'm just wondering though, if you used more punctuation like the "Bitch abort this!" in your lines, if it would make a difference pin-pointing which words/sections of each bar you would like to enunciate more? I dont know, just a thought lol. Not really relevent concerning this...

Aching to leave a core ripped, stapled seams, gore dipped,
Take a torque wrench to your face to see the corpse drip,
Form contortions, force bits of organs in whore lips,
I'm remorseless, chopping orphans like, "Bitch abort this!",

Dude, this last line is really fucking nice. Multi's on point. Everything is flowing great, you are using a solid vocabulary, but you arent going above anyone's head... This is put together really well.

Cause this is horror core, with blood on the door and floor,
Down the corridors of my mind, sickening more and more,
Addicted to chloroform, with victims from shore to shore,
Mix it pure and sure, scripted secure as insurance forms,

Still moving this piece right along. Man, if you havent told some kind of horror story piece, you should consider doing it. This is flowing like the Nile too.

For fun thrills collect buckets where all the guts spill,
I'll un-build and peel flesh, but if stressed my gun will,
Run up hills made of bodies, as they stink I stunt still,
A done deal, taking shotties to spray as the crust gilds,

The visual for running up hills made of bodies is awesome.

Hooks in clavicles bespeak an approaching catastrophe,
Loosened your mandible to leave you broken and atrophied,
Fool with an animal, panicked and manic you'll have to be,
Snatch and bleed you through the neck, and snap it jaggedly,

It's also really cool how you have continued describing events concerning different body parts and such. Nothing repetitive at all. This is good stuff Monu.

You're fit to bleed, I'll kiss cheeks with fists and knees,
Within the breeze your fluids mist, and drift, and cling,
My sickness sings, wondering if you're as sick as me,
Or missed and grieved by people that you wished would leave,

The horror stuff kinda falls off here, but the tempo and the idea of the piece doesn't, so I dont want to say it's taking away from the piece or anything.

This entire ending was done really well. The skull fucking line brought it right back into the horror stuff, while still keeping on pace with all the other elements, and continuing to use solid details, but also add a touch of emotion. Very well done.

Defiance
The core horror eating rappers like ordered orduerves
On a brochure searching for weapons of pain and torture
We just cultured leaving whores served with ropes and razors
Chokes and tazers burning retinas with our focused lasers

And you do a really nice well of picking up where he left off. I liked how you had 'core horror' in your verse, and he had 'horror core' is his verse. Just something I noticed that stuck out to me. Mutli's, vocab, imagery is all there. Nice opener.

in coats thats tailored stitched with viens an tendons
brains for cleansin the skin that was strained with tension
pain is mentioned as we gain attention towards the craft
with boards and slabs piled with bodies thats gored n slashed

The first line of this section is fucking nice man. Good stuff there. Well played.

torn in half with blood puddles only discussed in hushed huddles
bones were crushed muzzled an placed liked a fucked puzzle
its not much trouble for us to chop and drop offenses
knock um senseless than hang um from top of fences

Bro, these first two lines really stood out to me. Very well put together man. Everything is still moving at a great pace. Good shit.

this is noxious vicious called a sickness like coughs in liquid
I box vindictive knocking blocks while rockin slick shit
Go ahead mock the gifted an feel the wrath and fury
the path to gurneys stuck in a pose like taxidermy

Man, both of you guys are really just killing this throughout. I like how you transition your bars from top to bottom, and both verses go together extremely well.

ya run til ya calf’s are burning you can never escape
no clever debates I lose control like I severed da brakes
you cant weather da plague hate to ruin your parade
eyes puréed served on a platter mid section cut filleted

Still very good imagery here. Muti's are on point. Script is on topic.

curved blades slicing slowly cutting through ya skin
within a boast of sin we’ll string and noose ya kin
the proof is in, the pudding with emcees in the ingredients
ill bleed ya stiff cause rigor mortis is always obedient

That last line was fucking nice too man.

in trial I’ll plead the fifth and leave with bloody finger tips
like a stingers tip I pierce and watch demeanors flip
plotting that evil shit needle tips dipped in venom
with a bit of resin in seven spots watch um drift ta heaven
im sick demented call a reverend and pray for salvation
with fowl persuasions allocated to death at high elevations
hell is waitin for its leaders Monumental and Defiance
causing continental riots with bloodshed as our pencils pilot

This is definitely HOF material in my eyes, and for it to be a collaboration that came together so nicely, this is fucking awesome. Both of you were on point with everything. No complaints at all. Hoping to see more collabs from the two of you in the future. Great job!
