well as many ppl kno Protein iz one of the many factors 2 help u grow after workouts,i kno runnin helps alot and doin benching,curling,and sit ups n shit help alot 2.i workout 3times a week for about 40-60mins a day and eat a can of tuna[raw],some milk,few slices of cheese and a peanut butter sandwhich

After your workout eat a can of tuna with a small glass of eggs.

Unless you have the powdered Whey Protein tubs, then just drink that.

I purchase a shit load of fish and just cook it, for protein...Don't really deal with red meat, and little chicken.

football training on wednesday
boxing training on thursday
football training on friday
football game on saturday

and do some weights on the side

well if your a girl lol and all you want to do is be toned
not all buff, then you should just run every morning 3-8 miles at least
and lift the little small cute weights (mine are pink haha) and maybe do a few leg
workouts everyday, first thing in the morning is always best. oh and duh be a vegetarian lol
not but seriously stay away from a lot of sweets and crap you know you shouldn't eat everyday
...and when your depressed don't down a pint of ice cream in one sitting, just go shoot him the face
get that adrenaline pumping : )

i Don't Work Out Because Most People Who Do Are insecure Fags Who Can't Get Laid And Just Try Their Hardest To impress People.

Before Anyone in This Thread Says 'Hey!' i Wasn't Referring To Anyone Here. But i Know Loads Of Guys in Real Life Always Going To The Gym And For What? Lol.

i Used To Box, Play Football (Soccer), Hockey And i Was On The Track Team. i Started Smoking When i Was 12, And Started Athletics On The Same Year Lmao. Now i Don't Train For Any Of Those Things But im Still Good at Them. 6 Years Of Smoking And i Can Still Run Fast as Shit. But Meh, Sports Bore Me And ive Never Really Been interested in Them.

Bitch. Lifting helps you avoid osteoporosis and all them other muscle diseases that will cripple you and make your life miserable when you get older.

Plus, you burn more calories than even running when you're lifting.
