...that'd be the TOP 5 in my book.

imo.. in no real order..

Me, scott james, quix, cee 4, haz, arvincible, sincear, rell, j-gunna(if he counts), fans..

other notables to me would be complexity and ekoms, tho i dunno if they dynamite from a purely battle perspective... millz good too..
